Many thought all in-app purchases would disappear because they bought it from the Global Version, and we got the Indian version. But as per the latest reports, the skins and in-app purchases will be transferred to the Indian version. We hope this news is true.
There is a post posted on Instagram by Liquipediamemphizwhich states all Indian user data will be transferred to the Indian version from the Global version. Here’s the post; take a look:
In videos posted on Instagram, you can see the user ID; when the player clicks on the statistics, we can see the message, “The player you are viewing has migrated to PUBG Mobile India.”
The Instagram post reads:
“Users will likely be able to get Skins and in-App purchases from the Global Version in their Indian Version. Now in Game, it shows users that their character has been migrated to the Indian version. Many people, including me, are worried about their purchases and stats in the Global version, as they will not transfer and will have to start over. Hopefully this is a positive sign.”
Liquipediamemphiz also posted on a story saying that while the user in the video was able to get early access to the game, other players were able to play the game once it was made available to everyone.
This is good news for all PUBG Players, as all their data will be migrated to the Indian version of the game. Migrating data means all your Game progress in Global version will be restored by itself. And Skins and other in-app purchases will be linked to your account once the data is migrated to your Indian version.
When will PUBG Mobile come to India?
According to leaks, PUBG Mobile India may be available in the first half of 2021. However, the official announcement will probably be made at the end of 2020.
As per reports, the Indian version of PUBG Mobile is different from the previous version. There will be some major changes, and this version will have a playtime limit.
